Henry Ford College presents an opportunity for a Lab Associate II - Learning Lab.

Fall/Winter: 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. (Monday - Friday) Schedule changes will be determined and finalized with supervisor at time of hire and may change based on departmental needs and the College operations.

The Lab Associate II is responsible for providing support and quality customer service for all programs and initiatives of the Learning Lab and Tutoring Services. This position interacts with internal (students, faculty, staff, administrators) and external constituents daily. The Lab Associate II will perform multiple tasks, including responsibility for individual duties, portions of team projects, and front-line service. This position has responsibility for providing supervision to student workers.
