Role Overview
As a Research Manager at Klue, you'll lead research programs, conduct high-signal interviews, train and tune AI interviewers, and transform interview findings into actionable insights. You'll work with customers and internal teams to uncover the why behind wins, losses, and churn, and scale that capability through AI.
