BF Arch & Design, a Residential/ Commercial architecture firm in New Jersey, is looking for a Revit production drafter for ongoing freelance work. We want to build a steady, long-term relationship with one reliable drafter — not a one-off gig.
The work is production drafting: modeling using point clouds and documentation in Revit from our design direction. That includes as-built drawing sets, sheet setup and annotation,
incorporating redlines and revisions, detailing, and families/schedules.
We're looking for someone who:
Has solid Revit production-drafting experience on real construction documents.
Communicates clearly in fluent English and asks good questions instead of guessing.
Is responsive, hits deadlines, and follows file and drawing standards.
Wants a recurring working relationship, not just the next contract.
Nice to have (not required): experience with point clouds and Autodesk ReCap (scan-to-BIM). It's easy to learn — prior exposure is just a plus. How we'll start: with one small paid test task so we can both see how we work together before moving on to larger projects.
To apply, please tell us briefly:
Your Revit production-drafting experience, your
availability over the next few months, and how you handle unclear project direction.
