About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and commercially driven Sales and Account Management Director to lead our business growth across Latin America, with an initial focus on the Peruvian market.

This is a sales-oriented role, with approximately 70% focus on new business development and 30% focus on account management. The ideal candidate will bring strong experience selling complex software solutions to banks and financial institutions, together with an existing network and strong relationships within the banking sector in Peru.

You will be responsible for opening doors, identifying new business opportunities, building and managing a strong sales pipeline, and leading complex sales cycles with senior stakeholders in banks and financial institutions. In addition, you will strengthen relationships with existing customers and act as a trusted advisor and strategic partner.

This role requires a senior, independent, and highly driven professional who understands the banking ecosystem in Latin America, can engage C-level executives and key decision makers, and is motivated to make a strong commercial impact in an important growth region for Surecomp.

Location: Peru, Remote.

Travel: Up to 50% across the region.
