Job Description:
• You contact decision-makers by phone or digitally—professionally, empathetically, and with a clear focus on objectives.
• You conduct structured online initial consultations, analyze the current situation, and identify individual development opportunities.
• You guide prospects through our multi-stage digital sales process up to the signing of a consulting agreement.
• You document all steps and findings systematically in the CRM system.
Requirements:
• Several years of experience in B2B sales, ideally in a consultancy-intensive environment
• Ability to independently build business relationships, identify opportunities, and drive them to contract closure
• Confident, persuasive presence in digital meetings (phone, videoconference)
• Structured, self-directed working style with an entrepreneurial mindset
• Experience in technical sales or solid technical knowledge (e.g., building systems, energy, hospitality)
• Experience working with CRM systems and digital sales tools
• Interest in sustainability and in supporting the development of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs)
