Our main products include resin crafts, wooden art, fabric items, artificial flowers, and daily home ornaments Ect. We specialize in holiday-themed decor for Christmas, Halloween, Easter, Thanksgiving and other festivals, selling to buyers, retailers and brand clients across the United States. We are now looking for a motivated Sales Representative to develop and manage the US market. Job Responsibilities Develop and maintain customers in the US market, including wholesalers, retailers, online sellers and holiday decoration buyers. Promote and sell our full product range: resin crafts, wooden decor, fabric products, artificial flowers, daily home ornaments and seasonal items (Christmas, Halloween, Easter, Thanksgiving, etc.). Understand US market trends, customer preferences and seasonal demand, and provide professional product suggestions. Maintain long-term customer relationships, handle after-sales issues, and improve customer satisfaction. Achieve sales targets and complete sales reports. Job Requirements Familiar with home decor, seasonal gifts, crafts, resin/wooden/fabric products is a strong plus. Proactive, responsible, goal-oriented, with good communication and negotiation skills. Able to work independently, develop new customers and manage existing accounts. Skills • Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or retail sales with a focus on home decor or seasonal products. • Strong management skills with the ability to oversee territory management and lead generation efforts. • Expertise in business development, account management, and direct sales strategies. • Excellent negotiation skills combined with a customer-centric approach to ensure satisfaction and retention. • Ability to conduct engaging product demos and presentations that highlight product features effectively. • Strong analysis skills for evaluating market trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning to inform sales tactics.
