Job Summary
We are looking for a Salesforce Developer & Administrator with 2+ years of hands-on experience supporting and enhancing Salesforce CRM solutions. The candidate will be responsible for Salesforce administration, configuration, basic development, automation, user support, and system enhancements. The role requires collaboration with business stakeholders and senior Salesforce team members to deliver scalable solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Salesforce Administration
Manage Salesforce users, roles, profiles, permission sets, and sharing settings.
Configure custom objects, fields, page layouts, record types, and Lightning pages.
Create and maintain validation rules, workflows, approval processes, and Flows.
Perform data imports, exports, updates, and cleansing activities.
Develop reports, dashboards, and custom report types.
Troubleshoot user issues and provide day-to-day Salesforce support.
Salesforce Development
Develop and maintain Apex Classes and Apex Triggers.
Create and enhance Lightning Web Components (LWC).
Write SOQL and SOSL queries.
Assist in developing custom Salesforce solutions and enhancements.
Support integration development using REST APIs.
Participate in code reviews and deployment activities.
Automation & Process Improvement
Build and maintain Salesforce Flows.
Implement business process automation using declarative tools.
Analyze existing processes and recommend improvements.
Testing & Deployment
Perform unit testing and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
Assist with deployments using Change Sets or DevOps tools.
Support production releases and post-deployment validation.
Documentation
Create technical and functional documentation.
Document configurations, customizations, and development work.
Maintain release notes and deployment documentation.
