Role Overview:
We are looking for a hands-on Salesforce
Developer to support the delivery of a well-defined Salesforce initiative. The
solution architecture is complete, and user stories are documented the primary
need is execution.
This is a configuration-focused role with
limited, well-scoped development tasks. You will work closely with an
experienced Solution Architect and Senior Salesforce Developer, making it an
excellent opportunity to grow your skills while contributing directly to real
delivery outcomes.
What We’re Looking
For:
3-5 years of hands-on experience as a
Salesforce Platform Developer.
Strong Salesforce configuration skills
(objects, flows, automation, security model)
Working knowledge of Apex, Lightning Web
Components, or Visual force
Solid understanding of Salesforce data model
and automation patterns
Experience delivering well-defined user
stories in a structured environment
What You’ll Be Working
On:
Configure and deliver Salesforce solutions
aligned to documented user stories and approved designs
Set up and enhance objects, fields, page
layouts, record types, and security models
Build and manage flows, validation rules,
assignment rules, and declarative automation
Develop reports and dashboards aligned to
business needs
Assist with minor development tasks (Apex
triggers/classes, Lightning Web Components) under senior guidance
Support UAT cycles, defect resolution, and
configuration updates
Contribute to technical documentation,
configuration notes, and release artifacts
