Associate Attorney – Family Law (Remote)
Brandi Wolfe Law is growing, and we want YOU on our team! We're a fully remote family law firm handling divorce, custody, and litigation, and we're on the hunt for a sharp, motivated Associate Attorney who's ready to jump in, work hard, and have a little fun while doing it.

What you'll do:
- Represent clients through divorce, custody, and family law litigation, start to finish
- Draft pleadings, motions, agreements, and client correspondence
- Talk directly with clients, opposing counsel, and the court
- Keep up with a fast-paced firm group chat — we move quick and stay in constant contact
- Carry a billable caseload with a 25-hour/week minimum
- Use tech (including AI tools!) to work efficiently and delight our clients
What you bring:
- An active law license in good standing
- Family law, divorce, or custody litigation experience preferred
- Comfort working independently in a remote role
- Solid skills in Google Suite and Microsoft Word
- A tech-savvy mindset and genuine enthusiasm for using AI tools
- The ability to keep up with a fast-moving group chat without missing a beat
- Great written and verbal communication skills
The pay:
- First 90 days: $90,000/year (25% of billed hours)
- After 90 days: We will evaluate for billing, profit, and expectations. $108,000 expected.
- Based on a $300/hour billing rate and a 25-hour/week minimum (48 weeks/year)
