Role Overview
We are looking for a Senior Principal with deep expertise in SAP Business Data Cloud (BDC), SAP Data & Analytics, and enterprise transformation programs to lead large-scale SAP-enabled business transformations across industries. The ideal candidate will bring 15–18 years of consulting and delivery experience and a strong blend of business consulting, SAP architecture, enterprise data strategy, analytics transformation, and client relationship leadership.
What You Will Do
The candidate will lead strategic advisory engagements, advise CXO stakeholders on enterprise data strategy, drive fit-to-standard and harmonized data models, and lead large transformation programs involving SAP ERP, finance, supply chain, customer analytics, and AI-driven insights.

Requirements
- 15–18 years of experience in SAP consulting, enterprise data strategy, and analytics transformation
- Big 4/Consulting experience is a must
- Deep expertise in SAP Business Data Cloud (BDC), SAP Datasphere, SAP BW/4HANA, and SAP Analytics Cloud
- Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA business processes across Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Order-to-Cash (O2C)
- Proven experience leading large global SAP transformation programs and consulting engagements
- Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience leading proposal development, solution architecture, and client presentations at CXO level
- Ability to work across global delivery models and multi-vendor environments
- Project-related mobility/willingness to travel
