As a Seasonal Remote Bookkeeper/Accountant, you will play a critical role in providing expert guidance and support to our clients on QuickBooks Online-related matters. Key Responsibilities
- Utilize state-of-the-art video communication software to interact with clients, evaluate their bookkeeping and QuickBooks Online needs, and provide expert guidance and support.
- Address client inquiries related to financial statement discrepancies, chart of accounts customization, accounts payable and accounts receivable issues, and other QuickBooks Online-related matters.
- Create high-quality client experiences that instill confidence and ensure timely follow-up communication.
- Research regulations to support guidance and stay up-to-date with the latest developments in QuickBooks Online.
- Demonstrate a positive attitude and a get-it-done mindset, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional client service.
Essential Qualifications
- QuickBooks ProAdvisor Certification: You must be certified or willing to obtain certification before starting this role. JDA TSG can provide support and resources to help you achieve certification.
- 3+ Years of Experience: You have at least 3 years of experience using QuickBooks Online in similar bookkeeping roles.
- Strong Attention to Detail: You have a proven ability to manage multiple tasks and demonstrate a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Technical Proficiency: You are proficient with technology, with solid knowledge of computer operations and software.
- Excellent Communication Skills: You possess exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact with clients in a professional, friendly, and reassuring manner.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with clients remotely, using video and audio tools to deliver exceptional client service.
- Knowledge of accounting principles and practices, with a strong understanding of financial statements and accounting regulations.
- Familiarity with JDA TSG's services and solutions, or experience working with a similar company.
