As a Senior Analyst - Product, you will play a critical role in shaping the product strategy and driving business growth in our Line Increment and Pay Catch Programs.
About the Role
The US Consumer Line Commitment and Pay Catch team is responsible for driving the product strategy and end-to-end client experience for our Line Increment and Pay Catch Programs. These programs are key drivers of engagement and loan commitment with our existing U.S. Consumer Lending Cardmembers. As a Senior Analyst - Product, you will be accountable for leading lending strategy and growth by developing and delivering key product insights and analysis to uncover meaningful product trends.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead monthly product performance reporting, requiring the combination of various data reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
- Conduct product analysis, generating data-driven insights while utilizing data available in our Large Data Platform via SQL/HQL to support initiatives and frame groundbreaking strategies across the Line and Pay Catch portfolio.
- Use data analysis to identify and address business questions; understanding key lending metrics and trends to draw obvious conclusions across various reports and data sources.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders, including Advertising, Risk, Digital, Finance, Research, and Analytics to develop strategic cross-functional analysis activities and gain greater visibility into the end-to-end Line Increment and Pay Catch data environment.
- Support portfolio management efforts by actively participating in the review of end-to-end product performance and identifying new learning opportunities in collaboration with key partner groups.
- Clearly communicate and present portfolio findings and recommendations, supported by analysis, gathering essential buy-in and support from leadership and partner groups.
Requirements and Qualifications
Essential Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- 3+ years of experience in SQL/HQL and data analysis.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data analysis results and performance trends to drive meaningful insights.
- Innovative problem-solving skills with a proven ability to combine and connect different data and financial analyses, client research, and competitive intel to drive business recommendations.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively and concisely convey a process to various audiences, both orally and in writing.
Preferred Qualifications
- Relevant experience in strategy or a related industry.
- Familiarity with Large Data Platforms and data analysis tools.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple stakeholders.
