Role Overview
We are seeking a Senior Associate to join our Capital Markets team. In this capacity, you will own end-to-end financial modeling and lead asset-level analysis across all stages of project development. You will play a central role in driving deal execution and raising capital through structured project financing and other corporate capital initiatives.
What You Will Do
Take ownership of complex project-level financial models for data center assets across all stages of development, executing detailed scenario sensitivity, and return analyses to drive management decisions. Drive the execution of debt financing, tax equity, and structured equity transactions.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field
- 3–6+ years of relevant experience, with exposure to project finance, infrastructure investing, investment banking, private equity, or advisory
- Strong financial modeling skills in Excel, with the ability to build and audit models independently
- Experience executing and closing financing transactions
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
