Role Overview
The Senior Director of New Business Sales will manage and expand Infosys BPM's footprint across new client accounts in the Industrial Manufacturing, Automobile, and Aerospace/Defense domain. This role involves utilizing existing contacts to open doors and cross-selling BPM services to Infosys' existing IT client base.
What You Will Do
The Senior Director will be responsible for opening new accounts for Infosys BPM, creating a sales strategy, and managing the opportunity management cycle. They will also collaborate with delivery stakeholders to ensure client commitments are met and SLAs are measured and met.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution
- 14+ years of experience related to job description
- Track record as a Hunter with the ability to bring new contacts and new logos
- Knowledge of Industrial Manufacturing, Automobile, and Aerospace/Defense industry trends and insights
- Good understanding of industry specific business issues and drivers in BPO outsourcing space
- Global Delivery Model experience
- Significant new business development and similar large deal experience
- Ability to utilize extensive contact list to bring in new logo business
- Track record of interacting and building relationships with CXO level client contact
- Understanding of sales cycle, key influencers, budget cycles and client’s bid process
- Hands-on experience with proposal creation and leading proposal presentations
- Ability to collaborate with internal cross functional teams for support
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
- Wide variety of BPO, Management Consulting and Business Consulting engagement experience
