Advanced Thermal Corporation (ATC), a wholly owned subsidiary of The Brock Group, designs and manufactures engineered removable insulation systems for critical industrial applications. For more than 40 years, ATC has delivered innovative thermal and acoustic insulation solutions to customers across power generation, industrial manufacturing, petrochemical, military, and other demanding sectors.

ATC is seeking a Senior Business Development Manager, OEM & Power Generation to drive strategic growth across North America. This role is ideal for a highly connected industry professional who has spent years building trusted relationships throughout the power generation market and understands how to navigate complex sales cycles within OEM and critical infrastructure environments.

Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will leverage your industry network, market knowledge, and business development expertise to identify new opportunities, strengthen strategic partnerships, and expand ATC’s presence within the OEM and power generation sectors.
