Key Responsibilities
- Answer consumer inquiries regarding product information, adhering to the guidelines of DSHEA, and providing accurate and helpful responses to resolve customer concerns.
- Document complaints accurately, handling refund and coupon processing in a timely and efficient manner, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of brand information, product descriptions, and promotions, ensuring that customers receive the most current and relevant information.
- Assist with technical inquiries and complaint handling, utilizing problem-solving skills and empathy to resolve complex issues and escalate concerns when necessary.

Essential Qualifications
