Key Responsibilities
- Customer Engagement: Identify customer questions, complaints, concerns, and overall needs, and provide timely and effective solutions to their queries.
- Issue Resolution: Handle customer complaints respectfully and professionally, and redirect customers to appropriate departments and teams when necessary.
- Follow-up and Follow-through: Follow up with callers on complaint/question status, ensure resolution, and document all interactions.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with call center team members and other company departments to ensure overall customer and product satisfaction.
- Process Adherence: Follow all communication procedures, policies, and guidelines during every customer interaction.
- Multitasking: Document all calls, send emails and/or faxes to callers, and perform any follow-up work promised to a caller.
Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A High School Diploma or equivalent (GED).
- A minimum of one year of Call Center experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to talk on the phone and navigate a computer at the same time.
- The ability to read notes within the computer system to answer questions and resolve issues.
- Good judgement and resourcefulness to find answers and resolve issues satisfactorily for callers.
Preferred Qualifications

- Previous experience in a senior customer service role, with a proven track record of leadership and team collaboration.
