Who We're Looking For
We’re looking for a Senior Data Analyst with deep expertise in SQL, BigQuery, and Tableau, who can take analytical requirements from concept to polished dashboard. You’ll play a crucial role in shaping data-driven insights for our clients by developing new dashboards and auditing existing ones for quality, performance, and consistency.
Primary Responsibilities- Translate requirements into interactive, insightful dashboards using Tableau
- Write optimized SQL/BigQuery queries to power clean, scalable visualizations
- Audit and improve existing dashboards for performance, usability, and standardization
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify key metrics and business questions
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and best practices in reporting
- Learn and adopt new tools (e.g., Amplitude) quickly when needed
- Communicate findings clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Work comfortably and respectfully in environments aligned with religious missions or values
- 5+ years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence
- Advanced SQL/BigQuery skills with ability to write efficient, complex queries
- Expert-level Tableau proficiency (calculations, parameters, LOD expressions, actions)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail, curiosity, and a problem-solving mindset
- Comfortable navigating new tools and adapting to fast-changing environments
- Respectful and professional when working with religiously-oriented organizations
