Together, we’re transforming how better health happens. Summary of Position Role Purpose The Senior Director, Clinical Commercial Strategy – Teladoc One is a senior, cross‑functional strategy role designed to accelerate Teladoc One’s commercial readiness and market credibility by translating clinical expertise into go‑to‑market strategy, differentiated positioning, and executive‑level thought leadership. This role is intentionally product‑adjacent and helps ensure Teladoc One is “sell‑ready” with clear value propositions, credible claims, and strong buyer confidence—especially in cardiometabolic/chronic care. Why This Role Now Teladoc One’s early build and launch phase requires a tighter bridge between clinical credibility, product evolution, and commercial execution, and Grace has expressed interest in closer product connection that leverages her clinical expertise. This role provides that connection while keeping org design flexible and avoiding premature governance commitments. Essential Duties and Responsibilities 1) Clinical-to-Commercial Translation (Primary) Translate clinical model elements and evidence into market-facing value propositions, buyer narratives, and differentiated positioning for Teladoc One offerings.   Pressure-test messaging and commercial claims for clinical credibility and buyer relevance; ensure clarity and consistency across internal teams. 2) Go‑to‑Market Strategy & Sales Enablement Partner with Solution Strategy, Marketing, Pricing, and Sales Enablement to produce sell‑ready content (talk tracks, objection handling, clinical proof points, executive narratives). Support priority client and prospect conversations where clinical credibility is pivotal to advancing a deal. 3) Product-Adjacent Strategic Input (Influence, not ownership) Provide structured input to Product on roadmap decisions that impact commercial adoption (e.g., clinical features, outcomes reporting, member experience elements), helping connect “what we’re building” to “what the market will buy”. 4) Thought Leadership (Internal + External) Serve as a visible thought leader for Teladoc One (presentations, conference support, executive briefings, client-facing POV), strengthening Teladoc One’s market authority and trust. 5) “Virtual SME Pod” Orchestration (Lightweight, time‑bound) Convene and coordinate a lightweight, virtual cardiometabolic SME working pod (clinical, outcomes, product, commercial) as needed for launch readiness and market-facing deliverables—without creating a new standing COE or separate governance body. The role is accountable for commercial clarity, clinical credibility of market claims, and GTM enablement, working through existing clinical leadership and governance structures. This role does not own clinical strategy, clinical governance, or protocol sign off.                                                            Supervisory Responsibilities Yes Qualifications Expected for Position 8+ years of relevant experience in sales, consulting, marketing, and/or channel management.  Product management, client management, clinical integration and/or sales training experience.  Experience working with large employers, health plans, health systems and benefits consultants.  The ability to energize, develop and build rapport at all levels within an organization.  Strong motivation and initiative, with a passion for excellence.  Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.  Strong writing and presentation skills, with the ability to convey compelling messages in small and large group settings, both in-person and remotely.  Clinical experience a plus (LCSW, RN, PhD., etc.).  Strong project and account management skills.  Strong critical-thinking and analytical skills.  A strong sense of teamwork, with productive collaboration skills.  B.S./B.A. degree.  In addition to a base salary, this position is eligible for a performance bonus and benefits (subject to eligibility requirements) listed here: Teladoc Health Benefits 2026. Total compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to, type of position, location, education level, work experience, and certifications. This information is applicable for all full-time positions.
