Job Overview

The Senior Director II, Customer Strategic Insights and Innovation Leader will be responsible for leading a high-performing team of insights professionals to define and steward industry, customer, and consumer insights that accelerate revenue and volume growth. This role will provide thought leadership, strategic storytelling, and unlock new opportunities through insights innovations, best practices, and partnerships. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the consumer and customer landscape, with the ability to drive insights to action and to shape business direction.

Strategic Thinking and Strategy Development

The Senior Director II, Customer Strategic Insights and Innovation Leader will define and set the agenda for critical insights and marketplace intelligence needs of the organization. This will involve partnering in the development of the annual business plan, driving FSOP strategy and opportunities, and ensuring that the plan has a relevant FSOP strategy to win in the marketplace.

Relationship Management

The ideal candidate will act as a network partner, ensuring connectivity with other insights organizations and leading the way for knowledge sharing and application of growth-driving intelligence for FSOP customer partners. They will build strong team-oriented relationships with other key internal business units and/or global partners, resulting in greater opportunities for the FSOP business.

People Leadership & Development

The Senior Director II, Customer Strategic Insights and Innovation Leader will recruit and retain a high-performance team, serving as an advocate for future career opportunities and personal growth/development. They will set the agenda for training and capability building of the organization, enabling deeper thought leadership in customer relationships.
