Role Overview
The Senior Director, KF Operations Process drives operational excellence across the Foundation and KIPP Network by designing, owning, and continuously improving the core processes and systems that enable work across the Network and Foundation. This leader sets the vision and multi-year roadmap for how internal processes are designed, governed, connected, and continuously improved so that KF operates as a high-functioning organization in service of regions, schools, and students.

Requirements
- 7+ years of professional experience, including 3+ years leading organizational process design and improvement
- Demonstrated success leading complex, cross-functional initiatives in matrixed organizations
- Strong track record of building and sustaining operational systems at scale
