- Achieve annual revenue, trade, net sales and OI plan targets
- Develop relationships and call on senior executives and management at customers
- Deliver market share leadership within their respective channel across critical segments, securing distribution and merchandising and negotiating sales programs
- Develop a strategic business plan based on consumer and shopper insights.
- Develops sales and marketing objectives and strategies to support priority brand positioning, equity and marketplace initiatives, based on the comprehensive understanding of our products, competition, consumer and shopper habits.
- Customer management across multiple channels; Ability to manage operational elements to deliver now and next results
- Leads a direct and in-direct team to achieve the goals for this customer by motivating them to maximize the sales of our products
- Oversees development of the customer's annual business plan, enhances brand equity and profitably grows market share through in-depth consumer and shopper understanding
- P&L Ownership (Creating and executing a customer/channel strategy)
- Sales Planning experience putting data & insights into action
- Experience: 10-15 years experience in multiple sales leadership roles; Salty experience a plus
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and implement comprehensive business strategies.
- Leadership: Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage cross-functional teams.
- P&L Management Proficiency in financial analysis, market research, and data-driven decision-making.
