Job Description:
• Develop engaging and innovative educational resources that align with academic standards and FFA mission, vision and values
• Manage multiple project timelines and deliver products in a timely fashion
• Manage budgets for project needs, up to $150,000
• Collaborate with staff in the creation of engaging educational materials
• Manage the requirements of grants awarded
• Provide guidance and insight to help bridge the gap between corporate partners/organizations and educators
• Update and review educational content (lesson plans, classroom activities, online learning resources) and strategies to support specific outcomes.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Agricultural Education (or equivalent)
• Master’s degree is preferred
• 3-5 years of agricultural education experience (with 2-4 years teaching preferred)
• One to three years of curriculum/content development experience preferred
• Strong and creative problem-solving, critical thinking, and strategic planning skills, including the ability to disaggregate problems and structure complex issues
• Strong collaboration and influence skills, demonstrating an ability to navigate organizational relationships, incorporate differing perspectives, develop recommendations, and generate consensus with partners across teams
• Excellent project management skills, including detail and action-orientation with excellent follow-through skills
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
