Key Responsibilities Research, identify, and evaluate potential grant funding sources from foundations, corporations, and government agencies. Develop and write high-quality, persuasive grant proposals, applications, and reports tailored to specific funder requirements. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective donors, foundations, and corporate partners. Collaborate with program staff to gather necessary information and ensure program alignment with funding priorities. Develop and implement comprehensive fundraising strategies to meet annual revenue goals. Track grant deadlines, reporting requirements, and funder communications meticulously. Analyze fundraising data and trends to inform future strategies and improve effectiveness. Organize and participate in donor cultivation events and meetings, both in-person and virtually. Stay informed about best practices in philanthropy, grant writing, and non-profit management. Requirements Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Non-profit Management, or a related field; Master's degree preferred. Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in grant writing and fundraising for non-profit organizations. Demonstrated success in securing significant grant funding from diverse sources. Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail. Strong research and analytical abilities to identify appropriate funding opportunities. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders. Proficiency in grant management software and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Raiser's Edge). Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet strict deadlines.
