This role is critical for partnering with business leaders to develop and execute talent strategies that align with organizational objectives. You will be instrumental in driving initiatives related to talent acquisition, performance management, leadership development, succession planning, and employee engagement. Key Responsibilities Partner with senior leadership to develop and implement comprehensive talent management strategies. Oversee and refine the performance management process, ensuring its effectiveness and alignment with business goals. Lead succession planning initiatives, identifying high-potential employees and developing robust development plans. Drive talent acquisition strategies to attract and retain top talent in competitive markets. Develop and implement leadership development programs to foster a strong pipeline of future leaders. Analyze talent data and metrics to provide insights and recommendations for talent initiatives. Facilitate employee engagement surveys and action planning to improve workplace culture and retention. Provide coaching and guidance to managers on talent-related matters. Collaborate with HR colleagues to ensure integrated talent management practices across the organization. Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in talent management and organizational development. Requirements Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or a related field. Minimum of 6 years of progressive experience in Human Resources, with a strong focus on Talent Management and HR Business Partnering. Proven experience in performance management, succession planning, leadership development, and talent acquisition. Strong understanding of talent management frameworks and best practices. Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills. Exceptional communication, presentation, and influencing skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with senior leaders. Proficiency in HRIS systems and talent management software. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and drive results in a fast-paced environment. Experience within the professional services or non-profit sector in Washington, D.C. is a plus. SHRM-SCP or SPHR certification is highly desirable. Benefits
