We’re helping a specialized executive search firm focused on senior and executive-level placements within Web3, blockchain, crypto, and private capital hire a Senior Lead Generation Manager to build their outbound engine from the ground up.

Most business today comes through the founder’s personal network and industry reputation. The goal of this role is to create a structured, predictable flow of qualified client conversations — thoughtfully and sustainably.

This is not a junior outreach role. You’ll act as a strategic partner, designing the lead generation approach, testing outreach methods, and gradually building a repeatable system that supports long-term growth.

Because the firm is currently lean, lead flow will be built step-by-step — focusing on quality and sustainability rather than volume.

Role Details

Commitment: 15 hours/week (with possibility of transitioning to more hours)
Location: Fully Remote, PH-based candidates preferred
Engagement: Independent Contractor
Schedule: CET working hours
Start Date: ASAP
Compensation: $800-1600/month. No commission structure initially, but this may be reviewed in the future if appropriate.
