The PayPal Marketing Technology team is seeking a talented and seasoned Senior Manager, Talent and Succession, to join their team. As a key member of the Talent and Succession team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of PayPal's global workforce. You will be responsible for developing and implementing talent management strategies that drive business growth, foster a culture of innovation and inclusion, and ensure the company has the right leadership and talent in place to achieve its goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive talent management strategies that align with PayPal's business objectives and drive growth.
- Lead the design and delivery of succession planning programs that identify, develop, and retain future leaders.
- Collaborate with business leaders to identify talent gaps and develop targeted plans to address them.
- Design and implement talent development programs that drive employee engagement, retention, and growth.
- Analyze talent data and metrics to inform business decisions and drive talent management strategies.

Essential Qualifications:
