In addition, you'll cultivate strategic partnerships with top advisory firms globally. This role is critical in growing new business through a collaborative, co-sell approach. This is a role for high-performers with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets.What you'll do

• Drive Partner-Sourced Revenue: Enable partners to sell and deliver Mambu's solutions.
• Lead Co-Selling Initiatives: Identify, qualify, and close deals with partners.
• Develop Strategic Partnerships: Build and manage relationships with key industry players.
• Create Go-To-Market Plans: Align sales and marketing efforts to maximize pipeline growth.
• Establish KPIs: Track partner performance and ensure alignment with sales goals.
• Engage Advisory Firms: Build strong relationships with firms like McKinsey, BCG, Bain, Filene, etc.

What you'll bring

• 5+yrs of B2B sales experience in the NAM banking, credit union and/or fintech markets.
• Experience at an advisory firm or working with advisory firms
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets with complex SaaS solutions.
• Expertise in consultative selling and co-selling with partners.
• Understanding of the NAM banking, credit union and fintech landscape.
• Results-driven mindset with a proactive approach to opportunity capture.
