About careerzynith
careerzynith is a fast‑growing technology and logistics platform that began with door‑to‑door delivery and is now expanding into a full‑service marketplace for goods of every kind. Our mission is to empower local economies by connecting consumers, merchants, and independent couriers—known as Dashers—through seamless, reliable, and delightful experiences. At careerzynith, we blend data‑driven insights with human‑centered design to solve real‑world problems, and we believe that the best customer experience is the cornerstone of sustainable growth.
Why This Role Matters
As a Senior Product Designer on the Customer Experience & Integrity (CXI) Design team, you will shape the end‑to‑end journey for every participant in our marketplace. From the moment a consumer places an order, through the merchant’s fulfillment process, to the Dasher’s delivery execution, your designs will ensure that each touchpoint feels intuitive, trustworthy, and memorable. This is a rare opportunity to influence a product ecosystem that spans three distinct user groups while driving measurable business outcomes such as higher satisfaction scores, reduced support tickets, and increased repeat usage.
Role Overview
In this senior‑level individual contributor role, you will partner closely with product managers, engineers, researchers, data analysts, and business stakeholders to define strategy, prototype solutions, and ship high‑quality product improvements. You will lead design sprints, craft visual and interaction designs, and champion a user‑first mindset across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the full design lifecycle for customer‑facing features, from discovery and strategy through delivery and iteration.
- Conduct deep‑dive research across consumer, merchant, and Dasher segments to uncover pain points, motivations, and unmet needs.
- Translate research insights into clear problem statements, user journeys, and design opportunities that align with careerzynith’s business goals.
- Facilitate cross‑functional design sprints, workshops, and brainstorming sessions to generate innovative concepts.
- Create wireframes, low‑fidelity prototypes, and high‑fidelity visual mockups that communicate intent and guide development.
- Develop and maintain a cohesive design system that scales across the marketplace, ensuring visual consistency and accessibility compliance.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to implement designs, conduct design reviews, and iterate based on technical constraints and performance data.
- Craft compelling narratives and presentations that articulate design rationale, impact metrics, and roadmap alignment for senior leadership.
- Mentor junior designers, share best practices, and foster a culture of continuous learning within the CXI Design team.
- Measure post‑launch performance using analytics, A/B testing, and user feedback to refine experiences and demonstrate ROI.
Essential Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional product design experience, preferably in consumer‑facing or marketplace environments.
- Demonstrated ability to solve complex, ambiguous problems and translate them into elegant, user‑centric solutions.

- Deep understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1) and a commitment to inclusive design.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions to both technical and non‑technical audiences.
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, data‑driven environment and iterating quickly based on feedback.
Preferred Qualifications
