This isn't another Product Owner contract. It's an opportunity to become the strategic Product Lead on a flagship transformation programme for a globally recognised Life Sciences organisation. You'll work directly with executive stakeholders, influence business strategy, shape commercial decisions and lead one of the organisation's most visible programmes. You'll own a strategic employer benefits programme delivering enhanced healthcare and prescription savings to employees and associations across the US. You'll bring together multiple workstreams, align executive stakeholders, make commercially driven decisions and ensure every product decision supports wider business strategy. Success won't be measured by sprint velocity. Success will be measured by business outcomes. What You'll Own You'll become the person responsible for connecting strategy with execution across a complex enterprise programme. Your responsibilities will include: • Defining and communicating the product vision across multiple business workstreams. • Translating executive strategy into a commercially focused product roadmap. • Prioritising initiatives based on customer value, ROI and business impact. • Owning programme KPIs and ensuring delivery teams remain focused on measurable outcomes. • Leading executive steering committees and influencing senior stakeholders. • Managing programme financial performance, forecasting and commercial health. • Driving P&L performance while protecting programme margins. • Identifying opportunities to grow the engagement and add strategic value. • Coordinating multiple Product Owners and delivery teams to ensure complete programme alignment. • Removing risks and blockers before they impact delivery. This is a business-first, technology-agnostic role where leadership, commercial thinking and executive influence matter far more than the technology stack. Who We're Looking For We're looking for someone who naturally operates as a trusted advisor. You'll probably have: • 10+ years leading enterprise Product or Programme initiatives. • A consulting background within a leading consultancy. • Strong Life Sciences, Pharmaceutical or Healthcare experience. • Demonstrable experience owning large-scale programmes with commercial or P&L responsibility. • Exceptional executive stakeholder management skills. • Experience translating business strategy into successful product execution. • The confidence to influence senior leaders and make difficult commercial decisions. • Experience within employer benefits, pharmacy, health insurance or prescription programmes would be highly advantageous. Agile, CSM or PMP certifications are welcomed—but proven business leadership will always carry more weight.
