About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Prioritization and Planning: Serve as a strategic thought partner to coordinate and plan work, addressing program queries with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, and leading overall program timelines and resource allocation.
- Collaboration and Communication: Drive decision-making across the organization through effective collaboration with stakeholders, clearly communicating project status, risks, and delivery plans.
- Business Acumen and Problem-Solving: Contribute to project success by planning and utilizing talent and resources in an effective and efficient manner, driving business outcomes and customer satisfaction.
- Lead project teams and cross-functional teams to develop and implement new projects and process enhancements.
- Manage projects according to Starbucks' established program management methodologies, ensuring timely delivery and anticipated results.
- Oversee and monitor project or program timelines, progress, and costs to guarantee that expected outcomes are delivered on time and within budget.
- Maintain, modify, and update project plans as needed, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Unite, communicate, and ensure resolution of all project-related issues.
- Support the development and collection of performance metrics to measure project success.
- Represent the Channel business, division, or functional area in cross-functional project teams, providing channel expertise to assess potential financial and operational impact.
