About the Role
As a Senior Real Estate Data Analyst, you'll play a critical role in driving business decisions by analyzing airport and Corporate Campus locations to provide actionable insights based on real estate data reporting. You'll serve as a subject matter expert for internal and external customers, including Corporate Facilities, Airport Affairs, and Real Estate workgroups. This strategic role requires a deep understanding of the built environment and portfolio metrics, as well as the ability to communicate complex data insights effectively to various stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead data evaluation, reporting, and process implementation efforts to enhance productivity and accuracy
- Develop new processes, tools, and reports to improve the efficiency of Real Estate, Airport Affairs, and Corporate Facilities
- Conduct analyses to drive cost improvements based on airport rent allotments and station staffing
- Collect and manage raw data to present actionable findings across all levels of Leadership
- Drive solutions and provide recommendations on the Real Estate analytical toolset
- Maintain and enhance the Real Estate analytical toolset, including content management systems, workflows, and templates
- Assist Leadership with data gathering, analysis, and reporting related to department-driven metrics
- Utilize analytics data education and data visualization tools to acquire and understand large, complex data sets surrounding Company commercial and operational performance
- Mentor teammates and partner with other Company data teams in a cooperative spirit
- Anticipate problems and communicate solutions in a timely manner
- Provide training to internal Customers on reporting groups and methodologies
- Perform other job responsibilities as directed by Employee Leaders
Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, financial tracking, resource modeling, and maintenance practices
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, MS Access, and PowerPoint
- Skilled in collecting, organizing, visualizing, and assimilating data, including data-orientated programming languages and visualization software
- Ability to enhance existing data solutions while balancing assigned work and ad-hoc requests
- Strong logical reasoning and problem-solving skills
- Ability to communicate data insights effectively (written, verbal, and visual) to all levels of the Company, including Senior Leadership
- Ability to gather data using SQL and data transformation tools like Alteryx
- Ability to identify and analyze trends in large data sets
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and initiate tasks without direction or supervision
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable:
- Experience with data analysis, reporting, and data modeling
- Knowledge of Alteryx, Tableau, SQL, and/or Python
Education and Experience
A High School Diploma or GED is required for this role. Advanced degree experience and professional knowledge in data analysis, design, and production of file dashboards are highly valued.
