As a key member of this team, you'll be responsible for crafting and managing innovative social media brand strategies and campaigns for our consumer brands clients. Your Impact: Shaping Social Media Strategies and Campaigns
As a Senior Social Media Manager at DMM, you'll play a pivotal role in driving the success of our consumer brands clients through effective social media strategies. Your responsibilities will include:
- Interfacing with clients and leading weekly client calls to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
- Developing strong relationships and workflows with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
- Conceptualizing high-level social media campaign ideas that captivate audiences and drive engagement.
- Ideating social media content buckets and creative concepts that align with client objectives.
- Developing comprehensive brand strategies that encompass social media, content, and influencer marketing.
- Facilitating team community management across all social media channels to ensure consistent brand representation.
- Building out social/editorial calendars and defining campaign timelines to ensure timely execution.
- Crafting strategic and personalized copywriting tone for each project to resonate with target audiences.
- Posting content to all social media channels and monitoring engagement metrics.
- Providing clients and internal teams with comprehensive reporting and analysis on each project to measure success.
- Collaborating with the Creative team on project-specific assets to ensure cohesive campaign execution.
Your Experience: The Ideal Candidate Profile
To excel in this role, you'll need:
- 5-7 years of experience working within the social media space, preferably within an agency environment, with a focus on entertainment or consumer brands.
- Excellent interpersonal and client communication/presentation skills to effectively engage with clients and internal stakeholders.
- The ability to hit the ground running and succeed with minimal supervision, demonstrating a high level of autonomy and self-motivation.
- Team management experience is a plus, as it indicates your ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Compensation and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000-$85,000, based on experience, responsibilities, and subject matter expertise. Our benefits package includes:
- DMM pays 100% of the cost for employee medical, dental, and vision premiums, as well as covers 40% of dependent premium costs.
- Employer-paid life insurance.
- A tax-advantaged health savings account (HSA).
- A 401(k) plan that provides employees with automatic enrollment at 3% of your salary with a full employer match of your first 3% contribution, all fully vested.
