We’re looking for an experienced Senior Tech Talent
Sourcer to join our established recruitment team and own the sourcing
function end‑to‑end. This is a key role for someone who lives and breathes
proactive, passive‑channel sourcing, mapping markets, engaging hidden talent,
and building high‑quality shortlists across a variety of technical disciplines.
You’ll have the flexibility to work from home or adopt a
hybrid setup from our modern Eastwood office, depending on what works best
for you.
About the Role
As our Senior Talent Sourcing Specialist, you’ll be the
engine behind our ability to find and secure top tech talent. You’ll partner
closely with recruiters and client‑facing teams, leading sourcing strategy,
designing tailored research, and continually developing diverse, high-quality
talent pipelines.
Your sourcing focus will span across software engineering,
cloud, infrastructure, data, product, digital, cyber, and technical business
roles supporting a wide range of active and strategic hiring needs for our
clients.
What You'll Be Responsible For
Owning
the passive sourcing function — mapping markets, identifying
niche talent, and developing proactive engagement strategies
Proactively
sourcing, screening, and talent‑pooling using LinkedIn Recruiter,
passive tech communities, internal ATS databases, and external platforms
Designing
and executing customized sourcing campaigns for high-demand
technical roles
Using
talent intelligence to monitor market movements, competitor
trends, emerging skills, and candidate availability
Partnering
closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand
technical requirements and deliver high-quality shortlists
Engaging
passive talent communities and nurturing relationships, ensuring
an exceptional candidate experience throughout
Contributing
to broader recruitment projects, including diversity sourcing and
market mapping initiatives

Deep
technical sourcing expertise with a strong track record in
passive, research-driven talent identification
Advanced
sourcing tools capability — Boolean, X-Ray, LinkedIn Recruiter,
niche tech forums, GitHub, Stack Overflow, and more
Strong
candidate engagement skills and the ability to build genuine,
long-term talent relationships
Talent
intelligence and market insights — the ability to analyze
data and provide actionable recommendations to stakeholders
Confident
stakeholder communication, acting as a trusted sourcing advisor to the
recruitment team
Ability
to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing competing
priorities while maintaining high attention to detail
