This role is a senior technical support position focused on solving complex telecommunications and networking challenges in enterprise environments. You will act as a trusted technical expert, supporting customers and internal teams in diagnosing, troubleshooting, and resolving advanced infrastructure issues. The role spans across telecom core networks, Linux systems, and modern networking technologies, requiring both depth and breadth of technical expertise. You will be involved in high-impact customer escalations, system deployments, and performance optimization initiatives. Working in a fast-paced, collaborative support organization, you will also contribute to knowledge sharing and continuous improvement. This is a highly hands-on role where your expertise directly ensures service reliability and customer success.
