Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers with shipping and packaging services, including providing printing estimates and processing orders.
- Deliver exceptional customer service in person, via email, and over the phone, ensuring that customer inquiries and issues are addressed promptly and professionally.
- Operate the point-of-sale system efficiently, processing customer sales and handling transactions accurately.
- Participate in marketing and promotional initiatives, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our services to customers.
- Manage the opening and closing procedures for the center, including handling cash register operations and other center systems.
- Support management in maintaining inventory levels, ordering supplies, and stocking products.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming center environment that meets our established standards.
- Interact with couriers from major shipping carriers, vendors, and other store staff to ensure seamless operations.
- Sort and deposit mail into private mailboxes, capture and complete virtual mail tasks, and fulfill print and sign orders.
- Demonstrate reliability by showing up to work on time and adhering to scheduled hours.
What You Bring to the Table
