• 3+ years of total shipping and receiving experience; one or more years of experience loading and unloading sheet steel, structural steel, and pipe with an overhead crane or forklift; one or more years of experience stocking sheet steel, structural steel, and pipe with an overhead crane or forklift; one or more years of experience shipping parcels using UPS software and FedEx online software; one or more years of experience shipping pallet and crates using FedEx Freight online software; one or more years of experience palletizing and or making crates for equipment; and one or more years of utilizing hand tools to make crates for shipments are all required for this position
• Pay is $26 to $28 hourly

There is no travel associated with this position.The duties and responsibilities of the successful candidate should include the following:

• Loading and unloading sheet steel, structural steel, and pipe with an overhead crane or forklift
• Stocking sheet steel, structural steel, and pipe with an overhead crane or forklift
• Shipping parcels using UPS software and FedEx online software
• Shipping pallets and crates using FedEx Freight online software
• Palletizing and or making crates for equipment
• Inspecting received materials to be utilized in the production process for quality and accuracy
• Creating and completing necessary documents for shipping
• Keeping accurate records of received materials and shipments
• Scheduling shipments
• Managing the storage of inventory
• Evaluating inventory levels

The background of the successful candidate must include the following:

• 3+ years of total shipping and receiving experience
• 1+ years of experience loading and unloading sheet steel, structural steel, and pipe with an overhead crane or forklift
• 1+ years of experience stocking sheet steel, structural steel, and pipe with an overhead crane or forklift
• 1+ years of experience shipping parcels using UPS software and FedEx online software
• 1+ years of experience shipping pallet and crates using FedEx Freight online software
• 1+ years of experience palletizing and or making crates for equipment.
• 1+ years of utilizing hand tools to make crates for shipments
• Possess a solid work history
• Being a US citizen or green card holder
• Having a residence within a 45 minute drive

Expected salary: $54080 - 58240 per year
