We're a theatrical production company gearing up to launch the marketing campaign for an exciting new musical with Tony-nominated actors attached and theatre engagements already booked. We're looking for a sharp, fast, design-savvy social media manager to own our social presence — starting with a high-energy launch next week, with strong potential to grow into an ongoing, multi-year role as the production expands. ⭐ THE FIRST PROJECT: OUR LAUNCH CAMPAIGN Next week we're opening signups for an exclusive, limited number of presale seats — people reserve their spot with their email. We need you to map out and run that campaign end to end: - Build the content calendar for the week - Write and design the hype posts counting us down ("One week.") - Write and design the posts explaining what the presale is and how to sign up - Design our website hero banner with the email signup form, by modifying our existing key art - Manage and post everything across our page in real time ONGOING, YOU'LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR: - Building our content calendar - Writing the posts - Designing the posts - Managing our page - Posting and scheduling content This starts with the launch, but we're looking for someone to build a long-term relationship with. The production has a packed road ahead — multiple engagements booked and bigger ambitions beyond — and the right person can grow with us into an ongoing role for years to come. ✅ YOU'RE A GREAT FIT IF YOU: - Have a strong, modern design eye and can make social content and web graphics that look polished and on-brand - Write tight, scroll-stopping copy - Can move quickly and independently — this launch is happening fast - Have experience with launch / presale / community-building campaigns (theatre, film, or entertainment a big plus) - Are excited about the idea of growing with a production over the long haul TO APPLY, PLEASE SEND ALL OF THESE THINGS: 1.
