We are seeking an experienced U.S.-based solar energy consultant or owner's representative to assist with an existing solar installation at a multifamily apartment community.
The ideal candidate has experience working with solar developers, utility companies, and property owners to ensure solar production, credits, and reimbursements are accurate.
Responsibilities:
Act as the owner's representative when communicating with the solar company and utility company.
Review the existing solar agreement and project documentation.
Verify that solar production credits, utility bill credits, and any reimbursements are being properly applied.
Identify any discrepancies or missing payments.
Coordinate with all parties to resolve issues and ensure the property owner receives all credits and reimbursements owed.
Qualifications:
Experience with commercial or multifamily solar projects in the United States.
Strong understanding of utility billing, net metering, solar credits, and incentive/reimbursement programs.
Experience working directly with utility companies and solar providers.
Excellent communication and project coordination skills.
