They are seeking an experienced and motivated Registered Land Surveyor to join their team in SC. This role is ideal for a licensed South Carolina Professional Surveyor and Mapper (PSM) with strong leadership, organizational, and technical skills.Key Responsibilities:Survey Research and Analysis:

• Conduct and oversee research of survey records, maps, deeds, and other pertinent documents to prepare project deliverables.
• Review and approve survey computations, plats, legal descriptions, and other project-related materials.

Work Management and Team Leadership:

• Supervise and mentor CAD technicians and staff, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality work.
• Delegate tasks effectively and monitor progress, ensuring adherence to company standards and client expectations.

Compliance and Quality Assurance:

• Ensure all survey activities comply with local, state, and federal regulations, as well as industry standards.
• Perform quality control reviews to guarantee the accuracy and reliability of deliverables.

Qualifications:

• Must possess a current South Carolina Professional Surveyor and Mapper (PSM) license.
• 5+ years of experience in land surveying, including project management.
• Proficiency in survey software (e.g., AutoCAD Civil 3D, MicroStation) and GPS/Total Station equipment.
• Strong understanding of surveying principles, legal descriptions, and mapping techniques.
• Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present technical information clearly.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel as needed.
