We strive to be both.RequirementsSouthwest Washington Operations Manager: This is where you come in.We're seeking a Southwest Washington Operations Manager to help build and co-lead our Portland Service operations. In return for your hard work and ability to hit ambitious goals, you’ll be rewarded with greater ownership, significant growth opportunities, and more autonomy than you've likely experienced before.Top deliverables in the first year to be a hero:

• Contribute operations information and recommendations to strategic plans and review; prepare and complete action plans; implement production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; resolve problems; complete audits; identify trends

• Develop operations systems by determining product handling and storage requirements; develop, implement, enforce and evaluate policies and procedures; develop processes for receiving product & inventory management.

• Recruit, select, train, assign, schedule, coach, counsel, and discipline employees

The Southwest Washington Operations Manager reports to Matt Barnes, Director, Service Operations, and works within a collaborative team on diverse projects and initiatives that support our growing business. This highly visible role interacts with all levels and functions within the organization.Your Background: What kind of person will thrive in this role?You should have…

• A track record of delivering excellent customer service to internal and external customers, whether that’s assigning and directing work to employees or being the primary point of contact to customers regarding services performed by MacMiller

• Expertise analyzing process workflows and implementing changes in the spirit of continuous improvement

• Eight or more years of relevant experience in mechanical contracting, service and maintenance on HVAC/refrigeration/plumbing systems

BenefitsCompensation:

• Salary range for non-union exempt position - $140,000 to $175,000 Annually
• Salary range for union non-exempt position - $67/hour to $84/hour
