Overview
Shield Health is seeking motivated, patient-focused RNs, LPNs, and LVNs to join our Enrollment Team. This is a fully remote nursing role focused on educating eligible patients about our care management programs, answering questions, and helping patients make informed decisions about participation.
Success in this role comes from building trust, communicating clearly, providing accurate education, and delivering a positive patient experience. Enrollment occurs only after a patient voluntarily chooses to participate following education about the program.
Unlike many remote nursing roles, we do not require fixed shifts or rigid schedules. Nurses have the flexibility to build a schedule that works for them and determine the weekly workload they want to pursue. Hours may vary from week to week based on each nurse's availability and desired workload.

About the Role
As an Enrollment Nurse, your primary responsibility is contacting eligible patients, educating them about available care management programs, answering questions, and assisting interested patients with the enrollment process.
This is not a care management, case management, triage, or clinical follow-up role. You will not be responsible for monthly patient calls, care plans, or ongoing patient management.
What You'll Do
• Make outbound calls to eligible Medicare patients.
• Educate patients about Shield Health's care management programs using approved educational materials.
• Clearly explain program benefits, services, and eligibility requirements.
• Answer patient questions and address common concerns in a professional, patient-centered manner.
• Build rapport and trust through respectful, compassionate communication.
• Assist patients who voluntarily choose to enroll in completing the enrollment process.
• Accurately document patient interactions, call outcomes, and enrollment information.
• Follow all company policies, compliance requirements, and documentation standards.
• Manage daily outreach activities using Shield Health's technology platform.
• Meet established expectations for productivity, quality, documentation accuracy, and overall job performance.
What We're Looking For
• Active RN, LPN, or LVN license
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Comfortable spending the majority of the workday on the phone
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Organized, reliable, and goal-oriented
• Comfortable using web-based software, EMRs, and phone systems
• Reliable internet connection and a quiet remote workspace

Compensation
Training includes guaranteed compensation while completing onboarding and training requirements.
After training, nurses have the flexibility to choose the workload that aligns with their availability and goals. Compensation reflects the workload you choose, and additional incentive opportunities may be available based on overall job performance, productivity, quality, compliance, and achievement of established performance expectations.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Commission
Pay: $21.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 40 per week
