We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Special Education Teacher - Visual Impairments to join our team at the North Coastal Consortium for Special Education (NCCSE) SELPA department.

About the Role

As a Special Education Teacher - Visual Impairments, you will provide instruction to students with a range of visual impairments within the SELPA in general education and/or special education settings (pull-out or push-in), including home or other natural environments per IFSPs/IEPs. You will work with children ages 3 to 21, participating in IEP planning meetings and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality services.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $54,653 - $106,466 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. Additionally, you may be eligible for a stipend of $4,500 after three years of consecutive full-time service. We also provide a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
