People Architects is partnering with a fast-growing, multi-brand consumer products company to recruit a Senior Manager, eCommerce. If you've built Shopify websites that convert, grow revenue, and create exceptional customer experiences, this is an opportunity to own one of the most important growth functions within a rapidly scaling consumer products company. Our client acquires and grows high-potential direct-to-consumer brands across health, wellness, personal care, and lifestyle. As the company continues its aggressive growth trajectory, they're investing heavily in the digital customer experience, and they're looking for someone who can build the roadmap that gets them there. Responsibilities: • Own the eCommerce strategy and website roadmap across a portfolio of DTC brands. • Drive revenue growth through conversion rate optimization (CRO), merchandising, SEO, AI search visibility, customer journey improvements, and digital optimization. • Lead and develop a growing eCommerce team while partnering closely with Performance Marketing, Lifecycle Marketing, Creative, Product, and Customer Service. • Prioritize high-impact initiatives that improve customer experience, increase conversion, and maximize lifetime value. • Use data and analytics to identify opportunities, measure performance, and make informed business decisions. • Thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment where experimentation, AI, innovation, and continuous improvement are part of the culture. Qualifications (required and preferred): • 5+ years of eCommerce leadership experience supporting direct-to-consumer (DTC) brands. • Strong Shopify expertise. • Deep experience with Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) and digital merchandising. • Experience leading and developing small, high-performing teams. • Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making. • Experience within beauty, health & wellness, skincare, supplements, or premium consumer products is strongly preferred. • A builder's mindset with the ability to prioritize, pivot quickly, and execute in a high-growth environment.
