Staff RN – Weekday Evening Shifts Location: St. Petersburg, FL Schedule: Weekday shifts, 3:00 PM – 7:00 PM Employment Type: Full-Time or Part-Time Available Pay: $32–$38/hour, plus $2/hour shift differential We are seeking compassionate and dependable Registered Nurses (RNs) to join a respected long-term care and skilled nursing organization in St. Petersburg, FL. This role is ideal for an RN who is passionate about providing high-quality, resident-centered care in a supportive inpatient environment. The Staff RN will provide direct nursing care, administer medications and treatments, monitor resident conditions, and work closely with CNAs, LPNs, and interdisciplinary team members to support excellent resident outcomes. Schedule • Weekday evening shifts • 3:00 PM – 7:00 PM • Full-time or part-time options available • Immediate start desired Compensation • $32–$38/hour base rate • Additional $2/hour shift differential Responsibilities • Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with care plans and physician orders • Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely • Monitor resident conditions and report changes promptly • Document nursing care in accordance with regulatory and organizational standards • Collaborate with CNAs, LPNs, and interdisciplinary team members • Respond to resident needs, concerns, and emergencies with professionalism and compassion • Ensure compliance with state, federal, and facility policies and procedures Qualifications • Active Registered Nurse license in the state of Florida • Experience in a nursing home, skilled nursing facility, or long-term care inpatient setting required • Strong clinical judgment and resident care skills • Dependable, compassionate, and team-oriented • Strong communication and documentation skills Benefits & Highlights • Full benefits package offered, including medical, dental, vision, and more • Benefits begin after 60 days • Opportunity to earn additional income by picking up Staff RN shifts • Supportive leadership and mission-driven organization • 180-bed skilled nursing facility • Current census of approximately 166 residents • Experienced RNs with skilled nursing, nursing home, or long-term care experience are encouraged to apply.
