Role Overview

We're looking for a Partnerships Strategy & Enablement Lead to build the system that turns raw partner-sourced opportunities into a prioritized, well-scoped pipeline, and to build the enablement that lets partners qualify, sell, and deploy on their own.

What You Will Do

Partner directly with the Head of LATAM on the region's highest-priority strategic initiatives — market research, competitive analysis, business cases, and financial models to support expansion into new markets, customers, and partnerships. Build and continuously improve LATAM's operating cadence: dashboards and reporting across sales, deployments, customers, recruiting, and operations, plus the documentation, processes, and playbooks that let the team scale.
