The Role As an Acquisition Recruiter on the Talent Acquisition team, you will play a central role in building high-caliber teams during a period of rapid company expansion. You will work with hiring managers across business and technical functions to source, engage, and hire talent for go-to-market roles and corporate teams. Your work will directly impact our ability to grow, helping shape our culture and future success. This role is ideally based in San Francisco or New York City, but we welcome remote candidates. What You Will Do Manage the end-to-end recruiting process to create a seamless experience for candidates and hiring teams Develop and implement search strategies for a range of business, corporate, and technical roles Partner closely with stakeholders to define hiring needs and sourcing plans Identify, engage, and guide candidates throughout the interview and offer process Analyze hiring data and processes to find and address root causes or inefficiencies Recommend and drive improvements in recruiting processes, documentation, and tools Advise candidates on closing strategies to ensure high acceptance rates Contribute to ongoing refinements in hiring systems and approaches What We're Looking For Experience recruiting for both business and technical positions, ideally within the enterprise software sector Strong ability to operate independently, quickly learning new roles, markets, and processes A track record of hiring in highly competitive talent markets At least four years of experience in recruiting, including outbound search Effective communication skills with the credibility to influence hiring managers and senior stakeholders Attention to detail, accountability, and a drive to deliver on hiring targets Comfort moving between strategic planning and hands-on recruiting tasks Experience with Ashby or similar recruiting tools   What We Offer We offer a comprehensive benefits package designed to support your well-being, growth, and work-life balance.
