The Role

The Talent Acquisition Partner will support hiring across Technical (R&D), Sales, and Operations. We’re looking for someone who understands the full funnel: from proactive sourcing to closing, from intake to onboarding. You’ll typically manage 8–10 roles at once, balancing speed with quality and partnership with precision. You’ll be the first point of contact for many candidates, so your ability to tell the Solink story, live our values, and keep the bar high is critical.
