Position Overview The Talent Acquisition Specialist plays an important role in sourcing prospective candidates, conducting initial outreach, coordinating interview scheduling, and maintaining a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. This position is ideal for individuals with strong communication skills who are self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working remotely. Key Responsibilities • Source prospective candidates using approved recruiting platforms and outreach strategies. • Conduct initial communication with interested applicants. • Schedule interviews and coordinate candidate appointments. • Maintain organized records of candidate interactions using company systems. • Support onboarding coordination for qualified candidates. • Collaborate with leadership regarding recruiting activity and pipeline progress. • Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and compliance throughout the recruitment process. Qualifications • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities. • Highly organized with strong time-management skills. • Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment. • Comfortable using video conferencing, email, and online communication platforms. • Previous experience in recruiting, customer service, sales, human resources, or administration is preferred but not required. • Must be legally authorized to work as an independent contractor in their country of residence. Compensation This is a performance-based Independent Contractor (1099) position. Compensation is discussed during the interview process and is based on successful recruiting outcomes.
