Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the day-to-day sports industry information lead for the Talent Office, staying up-to-date on the latest news, trends, and developments in the sports world.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of ESPN's content, including the cadence of specific sport calendars and the usage of talent across various platforms.
- Prepare comprehensive and succinct written briefings for Talent-related meetings, providing critical insights and analysis to support business decisions.
- Foster strong relationships with talent and their representatives, identifying and assisting with their needs while traveling and on campus.
- Communicate effectively and efficiently with the Talent Office team, ensuring that all stakeholders are informed and aligned.
- Demonstrate a high level of trust and confidentiality when working with sensitive information daily.
Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in a Talent Office, Sports Industry, or Sports Information role, with a proven track record of providing critical insights and support.
- A high level of trust and confidentiality to work with sensitive information daily.
- Strong industry contacts and a deep understanding of the sports industry.
- The ability to multi-task and handle multiple projects simultaneously, with excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Outstanding oral and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders.
- A strong work ethic and a collaborative mindset, with a willingness to work as part of a dynamic team.

What We Offer
